It was a bad karma that the student of Chukwuemeka odumegu Ojukwu university (coou) was bitten by a heavy rain fall, while student were not able t attended class because of the rain.
          while some student use that opportunity for not coming to school , and some came late to school.
          According to James okafor from the department of public administration said that there we suppose to have class but student did attended the class  because of the rain.
