Mercy Johnson's husband Prince Odi Okojie resigns from PDP

Prince Odi Okojie, one of the young leaders of the People's Democratic Party, PDP, in Edo State, has tendered his resignation.

This is confirmed in a letter dated November 24, which he personally signed.

Okojie didn't give reasons for quitting the party except that he took the decision after "quality engagement and consultations with political associates, family and friends"
